A Citizen’s duty Towards State: A state expects certain healthy and good from it’s every citizen. Among these duties, the foremost duty of every citizen is to abide by the constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem; It is the duty of all of us to uphold and protect the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of India; We should do our best to defend our – nation and render national service when called upon to do so; A citizen should safeguard public property and abjure violence.
