Given, product of two rational numbers is `(-14)/27`, and one of the numbers is `7/9`.
∴ `x xx 7/9 = (-14)/27`
⇒ `x = (-14)/27 xx 9/7`
⇒ `x = (- 2)/3`
∴ `x = (- 2)/3`
