Two judicial powers of the Parliament are:
- The Parliament can impeach the President in case of grave misconduct or violation of the Constitution by him. The President can be impeached if the resolution is passed by a two-thirds majority of the House.
- The Parliament can punish a person for obstructing the work or showing disrespect to the House.
Two electoral functions of the Parliament are:
- The Parliament along with the State Legislature appoints the President.
- The Vice- President is elected by both Houses of the Parliament.
