When the cooled bottle is taken out from the refrigerator and placed on a table, its cold surface cools the surrounding air. The water vapour present in the air condenses into liquid water upon touching the cold surface of the bottle.
This condensed water forms droplets, which collect and create a puddle around the bottle.
