1. Tow points on Female Infanticide:
   1. Female Infanticide: It is the process of finding out the sex of unborn foetus and aborting it if its a girl.
   2. Killing of female child in the mother’s womb. It is illegal but still many people practice it. It results in imbalance of sex ratio.
2. Two practices to curtail gender discrimination:
   1. Children of both genders should be taught to take care of the house as well as run it.
   2. Both genders should be allowed to make their own wise choices with respect to education, stream to be taken without any bias.
3. Consequence of the imbalance in sex ratio:
   1. Progeny will not continue.
   2. Results in gender discrimination.
   3. Female infanticide or foeticide.
