उत्तर

If 1857 had not happened, then British Company rule would probably have continued longer, and the same political, economic, and military grievances would have produced other revolts or pressures for change. Administrative and army reforms (and the Crown takeover of 1858) would have been delayed or taken a different form.

Very likely yes, deep structural forces, economic exploitation, growth of an educated middle class, reform movements, and later mass politics and global shifts made eventual decolonisation probable, though the date, leaders, and shape of the struggle and partition outcomes could have been different.
