Question

Study any business unit which is using E-business and E-commerce as a way of doing business.

Answer 1

I studied Amazon as a business unit that uses E-business and E-commerce as an important way of doing business.

Amazon sells a wide variety of products through its website and mobile application. Customers can search for products, compare prices, place orders and make payments online. The company also provides facilities such as home delivery, order tracking, return and refund.

Amazon uses E-business not only for selling products but also for managing suppliers, inventory, payments, customer service and delivery operations through digital systems.

Thus, Amazon is a good example of a business unit where E-commerce is used for buying and selling online, while E-business is used for managing various business activities electronically.
