While these features are common to most of them, these democracies are very much different from each other in terms of their social situations, their economic achievements, and their cultures. Clearly, what may be achieved or not achieved under each of these democracies will be very different.

2. Based on the expected outcome, democracy can be measured by an accountable, responsive, and legitimate government. There should be economic growth and development, a reduction of inequality and poverty. It would ensure free and fair elections and bring economic development to the nation. But in actual life, democracies do not appear to be reducing inequalities. People constantly demand more benefits in a democracy. There are always more expectations.
