उत्तर
The air quality present in the atmosphere which includes dust and soot particles released from vehicles, factories and chimneys makes the appearance of leaves and flowers dull which are planted on the roadside areas. The dust particles present in the air get deposited on the leaves and flowers and make them look dull.
