1. Flick serve: The flick serve is also played upward, but with a much flatter trajectory than a high serve. 2. Drive serve: The drive serve is hit flat and fast toward the back of the receiver’s service court, traveling low over the net. Its aim is to force a quick response and cause the receiver to mishit the shuttle. Drive serves are risky,if the opponent reacts slowly, the point is won immediately, but if they respond quickly, the server may lose the point.
