Spermatophyta
- They are the most successful terrestrial plants having seeds.
- They produce seeds (fertilized ovules).
- They are divided into two groups –
Gymnosperms -They bear naked seeds and lack flowers.

Angiosperms – They produce seeds enclosed in ovary and flowers are present.
