  3. Overeating or Undereating:
    • Turning to comfort food or losing appetite under stress are common but unhealthy.
    • These habits can result in obesity, malnutrition, or eating disorders.
  4. Withdrawal from Social Support:
    • Isolating oneself can worsen feelings of loneliness and depression.
    • Refusing help may prevent access to valuable emotional or practical support.
  5. Aggression or Violence:
    • Expressing stress through anger, shouting, or physical violence harms relationships.
    • It increases guilt and regret, and can lead to legal or social consequences.
  6. Overworking or Perfectionism:
    • Constant work without breaks as a way to avoid stress can lead to burnout.
    • Striving to be perfect in every task increases self-pressure and frustration.
  7. Procrastination:
