उत्तर

Aeroplanes generally fly in the lower part of the stratosphere because the air there is more stable and there are fewer clouds, storms and strong air currents than in the troposphere. The air is also thinner, which reduces air resistance and helps aircraft fly more efficiently. Thus, the stratosphere provides smoother, safer and more fuel-efficient conditions for air travel.
