∴ x = 85° ...[Alternate interior angles]
Now, PO is a straight line.
∴ ∠PQR + ∠RQO = 180° ...[Linear pair]
⇒ 130° + y = 180°
⇒ y = 180° – 130° = 50°
∴ x + y = 85° + 50° = 135°
