ΔABD ∼ ΔCBE

In ΔABD and ΔCBE

∠ADB = ∠CEB = 90°

∠ABD = ∠CBE       ....(Common angle)

Hence, by using the AA similarity criterion,

ΔABD ∼ ΔCBE
