उत्तर
Birds are oviparous, i.e., lay eggs outside their body. So, it is easy to collect their eggs and these are thus available in the market.
On the contrary, dogs are viviparous, i.e., do not lay eggs but give birth to young ones. Their eggs are extremely small and remain inside their bodies.
