Our college recently organised an enriching Personality Development Programme on 28 March 2024, aiming to enhance students' confidence, communication skills, and overall personality. Students from all streams actively participated in the event, which took place in the college auditorium.
The Programme began with an inspiring speech by our principal, who emphasised the importance of personality in shaping one’s future. The keynote speaker, Neeraj Mukhaeji, a renowned life coach, conducted an engaging session on self-confidence, positive thinking, and effective communication. Various interactive activities like public speaking exercises, group discussions, and role-playing helped students overcome stage fear and develop leadership skills.
The highlight of the event was a Q&A session, where students got valuable insights on personal growth and career success. The Programme concluded with a thank you vote, leaving students motivated and inspired. Overall, the session was highly informative, interactive, and beneficial, making it a memorable experience for all participants.
