उत्तर

Let,  a → Initial edge of the cube

So,  V = a3

In the new cube, let,

 a' → Edge of new cube

Volume of the new cube,

V' = (a')3

    = (2a)3                  {Since , a'= 2a}

   = 8a3

   =8V                             {Since , a3= V }

Volume of the new cube is 8V .
