   4. One should cherish and follow the noble ideals which inspired our national struggle for freedom. 
   5. One should strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity.
2. Yes, rights and duties are closely connected and can be considered two sides of the same coin. To enjoy the benefits of various government schemes, citizens must remain aware of any unfair restrictions on their rights and, at the same time, fulfil their duties and responsibilities towards society and the nation.
