उत्तर
Evaporation is the gradual change of a liquid into vapour from its surface at temperatures below its boiling point. It occurs only at the surface of the liquid and can happen at any temperature.
Boiling is the fast conversion of a liquid into a vapour throughout the entire liquid when it reaches its boiling point. During this process, vapour bubbles form within the liquid and rise to the surface.
