To generate a monthly manufactured product report in LibreOffice Base:

1. Open the Product table.
2. Create a query using the fields such as pid, pnm, pdesc, pmonth, pwt, and prate.
3. Sort or group the records by pmonth.
4. Save the query, for example, as Monthly_Product_Query.
5. Use Report Wizard and select this query as the data source.
6. Add the required fields to the report.
7. Group the report by pmonth.
8. Give the report a suitable name, such as Monthly Manufactured Product Report.
9. Click Finish to generate the report.

This report will display products month-wise according to their manufacturing month.
