How would you react when you are cheated by your friends?

When I am cheated by a friend, I feel deeply hurt and disappointed because trust is very important to me. Instead of reacting in anger, I prefer to take some space to calm down and process my feelings. After that, I try to have an honest talk with them to express how I feel and hear their side of the story. Finally, I think about whether to forgive them or, if the trust is completely broken, to move on and be more careful in the future.
