उत्तर

The points ( 3,a) lies on the line  2x - 3y =5.

If point  (3,a) lies on the line 2x - 3y =5  then  2x - 3y =5.

`⇒ (2xx3)-(3xxa)=5`

⇒ 6-3a =5

⇒ 3a = 1

`⇒a=1/3`

Hence, the value of a is `1/3`.
