Selling price (SP) = Rs. 562.50
∵ Discount = Marked price – Selling price
= Rs. 625 – Rs. 562.5
= Rs. 62.5
∴ Discount % = `"Discount"/"Marked price" xx 100`
= `62.5/625 xx 100`
= `6250/625`
= 10%
