उत्तर
In cricket, an appeal (sometimes known as a “Howzat”) is when a member on the fielding team asks the umpire for a ruling on whether a batter is out or not. Law 31 of the Laws of Cricket states that an umpire will only call a batter out if the fielding side appeals the judgment.
