उत्तर १
The swimming stroke involves pushing the arms forward and sweeping them back in a circular motion, while the legs are tucked in and kicked out.
उत्तर २
Breaststroke is a symmetrical, face‑down swimming stroke in which the arms and legs move simultaneously on the same horizontal plane: the arms perform a semicircular “scoop” and recovery under the water while the legs execute a whip or “frog” kick, with one kick for every arm pull; the head typically breaks the surface each stroke cycle. Competitive breaststroke has specific rules (for example, elbows must stay in the water during the forward sweep, scissor kicks are not allowed, starts are forward-facing, and turns/finishes require a simultaneous two‑hand touch), and it is generally the slowest of the four competitive strokes.
