उत्तर

An evolved constitution is one that has never been created by an assembly, group of people, or organisation. It is the outcome of a slow and steady evolutionary process. The fact that its laws and values are acknowledged as long-standing, respected, and time-tested gives them a binding force and strength. While some of these conventions are established by law and are therefore enforced, others are adhered to due to the support of moral conscience, practical utility, and public opinion. These constitutions are the outcome of both historical development and the people's constantly evolving political demands. A well-known illustration of an evolved constitution is the British constitution. It has been the result of gradual development, in which a number of enjoyable past mishaps and some deliberate designs have contributed. This constitution is primarily based on usages, norms, and customs.
