3. Gametangial copulation: Fusion of gametangia to form zygospore (Example: Mucor, Rhizopus).
4. Spermatization: In this method, a uninucleate pycniospore/microconidium is transferred to a receptive hyphal cell (Example: Puccinia/Neurospora)
