WorkforceAnalysis: Not all the workers currently employed in the factory will be available during 2024–2025. Some employees will be lost due to factors like retirement, resignation, or promotion. To estimate this reduction, a workforce analysis is conducted by preparing a work history record for each employee.
  2. Qualitative Aspect: Assessing the knowledge, skills, experience, and other attributes needed for manpower forms the qualitative aspect of manpower estimation. The quality of manpower is evaluated using job analysis and job specification (or man specification).
