उत्तर

Stereotyping means having fixed, oversimplified ideas about a group of people. It assumes that everyone in that group is the same and shares certain traits, ignoring individual differences.

For example, saying “all people of that caste are lazy” or “all women are weak” are stereotypes.

When people believe these stereotypes, they start seeing others in a negative and unfair way. This creates prejudice, which is a strong negative attitude toward people just because they belong to that group.
