We formed an Election Commission in our class to conduct the elections fairly and peacefully. The teacher helped us decide the rules and responsibilities of the Commission.

We decided to elect the following positions:

• Class Monitor
• Assistant Class Monitor
• Sports Captain
• Cultural Secretary

The Election Commission prepared the list of candidates and explained the voting rules to everyone. Each candidate was given an opportunity to introduce themselves and share their ideas with the class.

On the day of the election, students voted secretly for the candidates of their choice. The Election Commission collected and counted the votes in the presence of the teacher. The candidates who received the highest number of votes were declared elected.
