According to Board Resolution No. 1234, passed at the Board Meeting held on 8th June, 2020, debentures shall be redeemed out of the company's ‘Debenture Redemption Reserve Fund’. Please arrange to submit the enclosed ‘Debenture Redemption Form’ along with the original Debenture Certificate to the company, on or before 3rd July, 2020 On completion of the above formalities, the redemption amount will be credited to your bank account.
