    4. Only the goods of the owners can be deposited.
    5. The licence can be cancelled for violation of warehousing provisions.
  2. Public Warehouses: 
    1. Public warehouses may be owned by the government, public trusts or other public authorities.
    2. Public warehouses are located in places that are well connected by roads, railways and waterways or airways.
    3. Appointed by the Central Board of Excise and Customs.
    4. The goods of any person can be deposited.
    5. No question of cancellation of the licence.
