Violations of Human Rights Constitute a Threat to International Peace: Violations of Human Rights can cause mass-destruction and huge damage on a large scale. Take the example of the outbreak of the World War-II. If occurred, but due to the reasons for violating human rights. The fascist and Nazi rulers of Italy and Germany played havoc with innocent lives.
