• The interview method requires direct communication between the analyst and the subject. Analysts can collect qualitative data on the subject's experiences, attitudes, and motivations by conducting structured or semi-structured interviews. Interviews provide a thorough exploration of individual behaviours and their underlying causes.
• However, both strategies have obstacles. Interviews may be biassed due to subjects providing socially desired responses or withholding information. Analysts must build rapport, ask open-ended enquiries, and correctly evaluate verbal and nonverbal cues.
