A Bravery Award

Reena, a 10-year-old brave girl lived in a slum with her relatives. One day when she was alone at home she heard some noise outside the door. She heard some boys discussing a robbery in the society nearby. She was scared to go out and confront them since she was alone at home and had to look after the relatives' place. So, she decided to think out a way by which she can take care of the place she is in and prevent the robbery in society.

She tried to connect with her friends who were there in the slum by calling out their names loud from the window. They heard her and came to her place, She told them the entire story and they all geared up to prevent the robbery and decided to get them caught red-handed so that they would be punished for their actions and would learn a lesson before doing any such act ever in their future. Reena called up the security guard of the society and told him the plans of the boys from the slum areas. She told him the entire plan to catch them, red-handed.

The boys went to society as sales boys and they tried executing their plans. But, before they could run away with all the things, they were caught by the police and were punished for their robbery act.

Reena was later awarded a bravery award by the President of the Society and was praised by everyone in her slum and by her relatives as well. All her friends and family members and even the society members were happy that robbery was prevented and no harm was done to anyone.
