उत्तर
A Memorable Riverside Day
Last Sunday I along with my friends decided to go to the riverside for a picnic. We planned to spend the whole day there, but an unfortunate event took place. We got an unknown call from somebody who introduced himself as our well-wisher. He cautioned us to avoid staying for a longer duration at the riverside for a picnic because there was a fear of a crocodile near the riverside. But, we were not sure whether it was a hoax or real news. Nonetheless, there was no chance of taking a risk.
Hearing this news, we all became tensed and started looking for an alternative location for the picnic. But, we had already travelled for four hours to reach this destination and then the fear of crocodile was making us tremble with fear. All our excitement and happiness were reduced to zero and we couldn't think of anything better than keeping all our things back in the car and making our way towards our respective homes.
Therefore, the day which was supposed to be a happy and exciting one turned out to be a sheer waste for all of us and we all returned back with a sad face cursing the very presence of crocodile near the riverside.
