उत्तर
- Parliamentary Form of Government:
In this system, there is a close relationship between the legislature and the executive. The executive (Council of Ministers) is drawn from the legislature and is collectively responsible to it. The head of the state is usually ceremonial, while the Prime Minister is the real executive.
Example: India, United Kingdom. - Presidential Form of Government:
In this system, there is a clear separation of powers between the legislature and the executive. The executive is not part of the legislature and is not responsible to it. The President is both the head of the state and the government.
Example: United States of America.
