उत्तर
Dormitories in India’s tribal communities kept young people together, creating a connected generation within the tribal society. Tribal dormitories were exposed to the glamour of city life when Hinduism came into contact with other cultures. Being treated badly by outsiders has caused tribal people to feel disconnected from their own dormitories.
In later years, interactions with Christian missionaries also led to the closure of dormitories because they severed the youth’s connection to tribal elders, prompting some youth to leave tribal communities. In India, this gradually led to the disappearance of many groups.
