उत्तर
Organisms have evolved features that allow them to survive in the complex food chain and protect them from predators. A good example of this is calotropis. Calotropis, often known as milkweed, produces cardiac glycosides, which are extremely dangerous chemicals that harm a mammal's heart. The calotropis plant uses this defence strategy to keep animals away from it. Cattle and goats do not eat or browse on this plant because of this.
