उत्तर

During nitrogen fixation, 16 ATP molecules are required for the formation of 2 molecules of ammonia (NH3).

So, for 1000 molecules of ammonia:

`16/2 xx 1000` = 8000 ATP

∴ The 8000 ATP molecules are required for the formation of 1000 molecules of ammonia.
