1. With centre Y and any radius draw an arc which cuts ZY at P and XY at Q.
2. With centre Q and radius more than `1/2 (hat(PQ))` draw an arc.
3. With centre P and same radius draw an arc which cuts the previously drawn arc at R.
4. Join YR and produce it to any point S. Thus `vec(YS)` is the bisector of ∠XYZ.
