उत्तर
It can provide a safe and healthy environment if its promised facilities—such as clean water, sanitation, clinics, open spaces and waste disposal—are properly maintained and accessible to everyone. An advertisement alone cannot guarantee this; residents and local authorities must ensure that the facilities are real, safe and well managed.
