Old Ratio = `1/2 : 3/10:1/5`
`(5:3:2)/10`
New Ratio = 3:2
Gaining Ratio= New Ratio - Old Ratio
Y's Gain = `3/5 - 3/10 = 3/10`
Z' Gain = `2/5 - 2/10 = 2/10`
Gaining Ration = 3:2
