उत्तर

A convict is someone who has been found guilty of committing a crime and has been sentenced by the court to serve a punishment, such as imprisonment. They have gone through the trial process, been convicted, and are now serving their sentence.

An undertrial, on the other hand, is an individual who has been accused of a crime but has not yet been tried or convicted. They are awaiting their trial, and their guilt or innocence has not been determined. Undertrials may either be in custody or out on bail while the legal proceedings continue.
