उत्तर

The National Commission's order in a matter within its original jurisdiction is appealable to the Supreme Court. This means that only appeals where the value of the goods and services in question, as well as the compensation, claimed, exceed 10 crores and the aggrieved party is dissatisfied with the National Commission's order can be taken to the Supreme Court of India.
