Let x be added to `-1/2` to obtain 1.
Then, `-1/2 + x = 1`
⇒ `x = 1 + 1/2 = (2 + 1)/2`
⇒ `x = 3/2`
Hence, `3/2` should be added to `(-1)/2` to obtain the nearest natural number.
