What kinds of work or jobs do people not want to do? Why?

The work which does not require much brain is not challenging, for example, the work of a sweeper, gatekeeper, doing the whitewash on building, etc. People do not want to do these jobs because by these jobs we cannot earn well, these are not challenging and these are not considered respectful.
