उत्तर

The glucose that enters the nephron tubule along with the filtrate is completely reabsorbed into the blood in the proximal convoluted tubule (PCT) under normal conditions. Since glucose is an important source of energy for the body, it is not excreted in urine. The kidney selectively reabsorbs glucose and returns it to the bloodstream.
