What do you mean by informal organisation? Explain with a suitable example.

In the course of their work, employees in a formal organisation engage in interactions or communication with one another. They gradually build cordial relationships and create little social circles. Informal organisation is the network of these friendship-based social groups. Some personnel in the sales department, for instance, can have a passion for dancing or cricket. To advance their shared interests, they can organise into an unofficial group. In this sense, when people routinely get together to pursue their shared objectives based on shared interests, informal groups are created. Therefore, the network of social ties between the members of a formal organisation is known as an informal organisation. Within the official organisation, it naturally arises on its own.
